Domestic Shipping (within India)

 

  • Orders are dispatched in 5 to 10 working days through a trusted courier service. 
  • Shipping is free within India, irrespective of payment method.
  • We can only ship one order to one shipping address. If you wish to
    send multiple items to more than one address, please place one order per
    shipping address.
  • We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed on the website. We aim to confirm all dispatched within 48 hours of
    receiving your order confirmation.

  • We are sending a mail the same day of shipping to ALL our client with the tracking number. We make sure that you receive your parcel by checking with our agent.Any claim for non delivered parcel has to be done within 7 days from the day you receive the tracking number by email from our team.

 

International Shipping

Orders are dispatched in 5 to 10 working days. International deliveries will be made by UPS/DHL/FEDEX and a tracking code will be provided in the confirmation email once the order has been processed.

International shipping cost is  depending on weight of the jewellery.

Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.The
above charges are inclusive of all taxes, fuel surcharge and include
Customs clearance charges at India.

Please note that our shipments are made door-to-door only so we are
unable to deliver to a PO Box. The courier will attempt to deliver to
your shipping address three times if you are unavailable. They will also
get in touch with you on the phone or via e-mail, so please keep a look
out for such correspondence.

The following will attract additional charges:

 

  • Delivery to a remote location.
  • Fast delivery.

Note: International shipments sometimes may attract additional
duties and taxes that may be levied on an order once it has reached the
destination state or country. In all cases, the customer is liable to
clear any such additional charges with the courier company in order to
release the goods. Unfortunately, we are unable to state the exact
amount of such charges at the time an order is placed since charges vary
widely between states and countries.

Returns & Exchange

 

 

We are happy to answer any questions related to Diane Singh products but are unable to process any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of dianesingh.com. Each piece ordered on dianesingh.com is made to order and the dimensions and images of pieces are displayed clearly.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise

While we strive to ensure that all of our products are checked for manufacturing defects, a defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please email us (along with an image of the defective piece) within 10 days you receive your order at conceptcjc@gmail.com or contact@dianesingh.com and we would be happy to look into the issue. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit. To avoid any damage in transit, we have specially designed our packaging to ensure that no pressure is applied to the product.

 

Notes:

Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities.
This is a natural feature, and will not be considered a defect.

Colors: Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
